Ambleside II is nestled in the beautiful Cumbrian Lakes gated community of up-scale vacation homes, landscaped around 3 sparkling lakes, and less than 6.5 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida and located near to the shops and restaurants of Hwy 192 in Kissimmee. This super pool home will delight you and your family during your stay - with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 12 guests.
Ambleside II has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a sumptuous sofa, love seat, occasional tables, a coffee table, and an entertainment center with cable 27-inch TV and DVD player - so you can watch your favorite movie after a long day at Disney.
The family room leads to our stunning pool deck that over looks a beautiful lake to the rear. Dip in to the sparkling, crystal clear waters of our pool to cool off- or simply enjoy the warm Florida sunshine as you sit on our sumptuously cushioned deck furniture by the pool. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
In the evenings, parents can relax and spend quality time together while the kids enjoy their evening at "home" playing in the games room, with an 8 foot pool table and an electronic darts board available at Ambleside II.
Sleeping accommodation at Ambleside II includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, cable TV, night stands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, a dresser with 2 walk-in closets, and a private master bathroom suite with his 'n' hers vanity basins, walk-in shower and toilet. The second master bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed, cable TV, night stand and lamp, plus a dresser and an adjacent bathroom.The third bedroom is tastefully apointed with a full-size bed, cable TV, night stand, dresser and lamp, and has a bathrrom nearby for conveniance. Either of the 2 twin bedrooms is perfect for the kids - or young at heart - with 2 twin beds in each, plus a night stand with lamp, dresser, closet space, and adjoining bathroom. Both twin rooms have a cable TV with Playstation 2 in each. Finally, the sofa in the living room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper if required.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to prepare a meal for a "famished" family - or a quick snack before rushing off to the theme parks.
