Sundowners Villa is nestled in in the newly developed Westbury community, just a half mile from the easiest access to the parks and attractions of Orlando, and less than 8 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this special vacation home is perfect for smaller family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests.
Sundowners Villa has a family room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable furnishings, a cable TV and VCR - so you can watch your favorite movies while on vacation.
The family room leads onto the oversized, sunny and inviting pool deck, where you can sit by the sparkling waters of our pool as you watch the sun go down, or take a cooling dip in the heat of the day. Whatever your choice, you'll be sure to come back time and time again. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at Sundowners Villa includes a master bedroom with a Queen-size bed, night-stands with lamps, clock-radio, telephone, dresser and closet space, plus a master bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity basin and private toilet. There's a second master bedroom with a full-size bed, night-stand with lamp and dresser, plus closet space, and this bedroom shares a family bathroom with the twin bedroom, which has 2 twin beds, night-stand and lamp and lots of closet space. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need for a quick family snack before going to the parks, or for a fabulous family feast together that you'll always remember. Eat at our informal breakfast nook and dining area, or choose to eat al-fresco by the pool.
