With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, Sun Key Palms Villa is fully air-conditioned, and is ideal for larger families, accommodating up to 12 guests in spacious comfort, while being licensed for 14 guests.
Surrounded by Florida's natural beauty, with sub-tropical woodlands, palms and vistas, [[TERVER]] is ideally located close to Disney - with easy access to the theme parks and attractions from your own [[dvh]] in the Florida sunshine. Visit the spacious club house and choose to relax in the sunshine around the sparkling clear resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas, luscious landscaping, and comfortable deck loungers. Or sit in the bubbling community hot-tub and chat with other guests as you soothe away your tensions. Kids will love the tot's pool - or let them play in the tot-lot next door, as they swing on the rope swings, lie in the hammocks, climb the climbing rock. Inside the Terra Verde resort club house, you'll find a sauna, spa, sundry shop, arcade video games, fitness center and cyber café.
Sun Key Villa has a vaulted family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed sofas and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with 50-inch cable TV, VCR and DVD combo player, plus a Sony PlayStation games console for the kids to enjoy. There's also a 5-disc stereo CD system to enjoy your favorite tunes. If you would like for quiet time, choose to lounge around in the separate sitting room area at the front of the home, where you can enjoy a little peace.
Step out from the family room on to the pool deck, where you can sit on the comfortable deck furniture and soak in the Florida sunshine, or take a dip in the optionally heated sparkling pool or bubbling spa pool that cascades a waterfall in to the main pool. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
The home has also been equipped with a 7ft pool table and Foosball table in the garage for extra entertainment.
Sleeping accommodation at Sun Key Villa includes a master bedroom that opens directly to the pool deck, with a king-size bed, night-stands with lamps, 19-inch cable TV, telephone and clock/radio/alarm, walk in closet space, and dresser, plus a master bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman tub and toilet. A second master bedroom suite is on the opposite side of the house, upstairs, and also affords a king-size bed, night-stands with lamps, plus a dresser with 13-inch cable TV, closet space, and master bathroom with vanity basin, shower/bath, and toilet. There's 2 further spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size, and the other with a queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, dresser with 13-inch cable TV, closet space, and adjacent (shared) family bathroom. Two further bedrooms each have two twin beds, night stands, dresser with 13-inch cable TV, closet space, and a shared (Jack 'n' Jill) bathroom. Finally, there's a sleeper sofa in the family room.
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast...but don't worry about preparing food while on vacation! Some of the best eateries in central Florida can be found just minutes away.
