New Mercies Villa's amenities include a gameroom equipped with Professional Air hockey, Foosball, Pool Table, and Dart Board, 4 Master suites, 2 twin bed rooms, cot, Jacuzzi & spa, extended enclosed patio, a 7.1 surround sound living room theater, privacy fence and more!! Sleeping accommodation at New Mercies Villa includes 6 spacious bedrooms. The 2 master suites include king-size sleep-soft beds, with night stands and dressers, clock/radio/alarms and walk-in closet space. Relax watching cable TV or a movie on the DVD/VCR player under a relaxing ceiling fan. Pamper yourself in the en-suite bathrooms complete with Jacuzzi bath tubs, walk-in showers and his 'n' hers vanity basins. There are 2 additional master bedrooms that come with comfortable king-size beds, cable TV with DVD and VCR, nightstands and lamps, clock/radio/alarms, plus dressers, closet space, and either en-suite or adjacent bathrooms. We didn't forget the youngsters as two bedrooms are provided with 2 twin beds in each. Each of these rooms comes with a cable TV and share a Sony Playstation 2. Our phone in the kitchen is linked to the Freecall system and allows local, long distance and international calls free of charge. New Mercies Villa also has hi-speed wireless internet access. Just bring your laptop and surf away!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, microwave, and dishwasher. This fantastic home offers an elegant yet cozy dining room furnished with some of the finest dishes and silverware you can imagine. The laundry room comes ready with an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
New Mercies Villa's state-of-the-art home theatre system will give your family and friends "a night at the movies" to die for. Stare into an awe-inspiring Panasonic 42 inch Plasma TV and listen to Definitive Technology's speakers driven by a Denon 7:1 Surround Sound Digital Home Theatre Receiver. Choose from the library of DVD's provided or go and get your own from the nearby rental shop. But we warn you, watching could be habit forming.
If movies are not your style, step out on to our extended shaded lanai that leads to our oversize sparkling pool and patio deck, with a bubbling spa pool. Enjoy evenings sitting on the cushioned pool furnishings or relax in the pool on the water lounger; it is up to you. The pool is fully screened, provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
Arrival time is 4 PM, with departure by 10 AM on your last day. Please note that we request no smoking in our townhouse, and that we cannot accommodate pets.
