This exceptional home also offers an elegant yet cozy dining room, a family room with vaulted ceiling, adding an abundance of natural light and spaciousness as it dramatically opens out to the extended covered lanai and pool area. The entire family will enjoy the state-of-the-art home entertainment system, with 47-inch Flat Screen TV, DVD/VCR and Yamaha home theater surround sound that will transport you and your family to a real theater experience. Adjacent to the family room, is the modern and fully equipped kitchen with extended island combined into breakfast nook.
The incredible south facing, pool with whirlpool spa, catches sun from mid-morning until sunset. This fully screened pool and patio are situated on top of a hill, providing privacy in back, and a view to the protected woodlands. The owner has provided an array of pool accessories for optimal pool enjoyment. Whether your mood be a fun game of Slam Dunk Basketball, a long relaxing day floating on a sun lounger, or on a chaise at poolside, this villa's private pool is the ultimate escape after a day at the theme parks or a day of golf. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
The owners of this magnificent home have taken every opportunity to provide you and your family with the ultimate in vacation luxury and ease, in your home away from home. Each of the 6 bedrooms suites are tastefully decorated with its own delightful theme, each representing the best of a Floridian experience, and each equipped with private cable "Flat Screen" TV and DVD players (with exception of Disney Adventure bedroom, which features a Mickey Mouse TV, DVD, Playstation 2 and VCR). Let the Hemingway Grand Master Suite surround you in luxurious comfort; with its four-poster King-size bed, exotic decor inspired by island influence and walk-in closet. The private bath is complete with large vanity with double sinks, shower and deep garden tub perfect for a relaxing bubble bath.
The Par Four Master Suite is perfect for the avid golfer or sports enthusiast, complete with mini-putting green, a four-poster King-size bed, private en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, and is decorated in a classical golfers theme to bring out the champion in anyone.
The Tropical Breeze Master Suite will transport you to paradise, with its cool colors, canopy four-poster King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub and walk-in closet. The tropical theme inspires the perfect setting for ultimate relaxation.
The Royal Master Suite embraces all the magic of Disney's princesses throughout time and is the perfect room for true royalty. The suite is equipped appropriately with a beautiful Queen-size bed and an en-suite private bath. The room is further enhanced by a decor that would please a Royal Princess or Her Majesty herself.
The Disney Adventure Bedroom is complete with a 'pyramid' bunk bed with a full and twin size bed and a roll out trundle bed. Providing the right space for a fun-filled slumber vacation party for up to 4 children or a couple of adults. The unique Disney theme, complete with PlayStation 2, DVD and VCR players, provides the ultimate Disney adventure for all children or kids at heart.
The Under the Sea Bedroom transports you to a whimsical interpretation of deep-sea life with playful fish and Under the Sea theme. This room is equipped with two twin beds. Perfect for two adults or two children.
The 'final touch' of this home is its incredible converted Game Room with 'Air Conditioning', full size pool table, air hockey table, electronic dart board, bar table, "mini-theater and spa area" complete with a 42" Flat Screen TV and i-joy massage chairs. The room is further equipped with Playstation 2, DVD/VCR and a Karaoke machine to provide a fun-filled evening of Karaoke!!
The house is equipped with Free High Speed Internet, Free Call telephone service, and a Gas Barbeque is available for your use (propane gas is not included and can be easily obtained locally) or BBQ can be rented locally.
The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of amenities itself, which are complementary available to guests of the Royal Floridian Villa. The 4,000 foot club house, with an optional shuttle service (separate charges apply) to the attractions, work out room, sauna, computer access to the Internet for a fee, 2 heated community pool and spa pool, video game room, tennis court, volleyball court, along with children's play area and Tikki Hut is the perfect place to get to know other families. The Clubhouse is close to a trail for walking, jogging or biking that winds through the community's natural woodland setting.
