Palm Key Villa is a spacious and gracious fully air-conditioned 7 bedroom vacation pool home, located in the perfect spot in the exclusive Emerald Island resort community. Palm Key Villa is less than 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida, and with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms this elegant and spacious property is perfect for large families or groups of friends, sleeping up to 16 guests.
This sumptuous new villa has been decorated to reflect its name. Palm Key Villa is a luxurious private island retreat that will transport you to the Florida Keys. It has a large family room to relax in during the day or evening, with extremely comfortable extra large sectional sofas, stunning furnishings and lamps, a large screen TV, VCR and DVD player - so you can watch your favourite movie, or play your most loved tunes on the stereo system provided. When you want some peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in our separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables, together with lamps.
If you want to spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine, then you've picked the perfect spot! If you choose to relax, step into our (optionally) gas heated bubbling spa pool, or into the crystal-clear waters of our extended private pool, or simply lay back on one of our comfy loungers or reclining chairs on the over-size deck. The shaded lanai with ceiling fan allows guests to enjoy a family al-fresco meal together, seated around the large octagonal table on comfortable cushioned chairs. Our westerly facing pool and deck enjoys the Florida sunshine on the long summer days from 11 am till sunset! The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. This home has also been provided with a security alarm system for our guests additional comfort and safety.
If that isn?t enough for you ? or if you want some family fun without going to the local theme parks, then why not enjoy the games room with ceiling fans and lights, an air-hockey table, electronic darts board, pool table and foosball table.
Sleeping accommodation at Palm Key Villa is as exclusive and luxurious as you could want; with two separate master bedrooms that each provides spacious comfort. Both masters have sleep-soft king-size beds, dressers, nightstands and lamps, 21-inch cable TVs with DVD/VCR, clock/radios with walk-in closet, plus ceiling fans and either an extra dresser or armoire. Each master bedroom also provides its own en-suite bathroom, with mirrored vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and toilet.
Two further master bedrooms each provide queen-size sleep-soft beds, with nightstands, lamps, ceiling fans, dressers and closet space, 13-inch cable TV, one with an additional DVD/VCR. Each of the 3 remaining bedrooms has been decorated to appeal to both children and the young at heart; choose between nautical or tropical themes. All of these bedrooms provide 2 twin beds, cable TV, nightstands with lamps, ceiling fans, dressers and closet space, plus adjacent bathrooms with mirrored vanity basins, bath/shower and toilets. One of the twin bedrooms also has a Sony PlayStation II.
The European-style kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area or at the large breakfast bar overlooking the extensive pool and lanai. Additionally, there is a separate utility/laundry room fully equipped with large washing machine and tumble dryer.
The exclusive Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to guests. The 4,000 square foot club house has a shuttle service to the attractions, fitness center, sauna, computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool, Video games room, together with children?s play area and Tikki Hut, and is the perfect place to get to know other families. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking that winds through the community?s natural woodland setting.
