"Merlyn's Magic" is a fabulous family condo that's ideally located in the popular Vista Cay resort, just a very short drive from Walt Disney World® in Kissimmee, and [[seaworld]] in Orlando, Florida. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this stylish and spacious single-level condo is fully air-conditioned, and is perfect for family groups wanting a special "base" for their family vacation, or the business traveler that needs to be near to the [[occvb]] and International Drive. "Merlyn's Magic" sleeps up to 6 guests in spacious comfort, and is licensed for up to 8 guests.

Soon to be fronted with the Harbor Square shopping and restaurant community, guests enter their [[VISTACAY]] accommodations through secure gates and drive through the individual 'village' style communities right to their doorstep. At the center of this ideally located development, you'll find the Vista Cay club house that offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this vacation home. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The popular club house at Vista Cay provides the perfect place to sit around the terraced resort pool, spa pool and hot-tub - and sun yourself as you meet other guests and families. There's also a kids play area to keep them occupied and provide extra fun. Business travelers will welcome the informal surroundings, meeting areas, presentation rooms and concierge services. To the back of the Vista Cay clubhouse, you'll find the lake, with more shops and eateries to enjoy, and lots more to do in the evenings and during the day.

"Merlyn's Magic" condo is on the second-floor (all Vista Cay condos have elevator access), and has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with sumptuous sectional sofa, plus classical furnishings, including coffee and occasional tables with lamps, an entertainment center with a large screen cable TV and DVD player - so you can watch your favorite movies and TV shows while on vacation. If you need to surf the web during your stay, the owner has thoughtfully provided high speed internet access* in the home together with a business center off the family room in the dining area.

Sleeping accommodation at "Merlyn's Magic" includes a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed with nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, dresser with cable TV, and a walk-in closet. There's a master bathroom for privacy, with vanity unit, shower, bath and toilet. A second expansive master bedroom also includes a king-size bed, with nightstands and lamps, cable TV, closet space, dresser, plus a separate family bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids and enjoys two twin beds, nightstand and dresser with cable TV, plus closet space. This bedroom shares the family bathroom. Finally there is a sleeper sofa in the business center if required.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for that quick snack, or a fabulous meal for two - or even a family feast. Eat together as a family at the dining area in the family room that seats 6 and talk about the days excitement at the parks and attractions of Orlando, or enjoy time together at the breakfast bar as meals are prepared. The kitchen and dining area are located off the main family room.

This [[fc]] also offers the VillaDirect Freecall (phone) telephone system to guests - so that you can make FREE local, long distance and international telephone calls from this [[oc]] near to Walt Disney World® Florida (some restrictions apply ??? see terms), so no more buying phone cards??? it's all inclusive. Finally, Vista Cay is located very close to the heart of International Drive ??? with all of its tourist attractions, restaurants, shows and shops ??? so there's always something to do.

Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the property, or on the Vista Cay resort. As with all VillaDirect vacation homes, this condo does not allow pets.
