You can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The 4,000 square foot club house at Emerald Island provides high speed Internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. Or choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa pool. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool and watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot. There's even a sundry shop in the reception area if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack! Emerald Island is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep, with some of the best shops and restaurants in Kissimmee just a couple of minutes away from this disney vacation home.
This fully air-conditioned, modern and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, is tastefully decorated and can sleep up to eight people. Custom window dressings and quality furniture throughout let you know you are staying in a home, not a cramped hotel or suite!
The spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofas and a love seat, plus an entertainment center with a large-screen TV, DVD and VCR, plus a stereo system. This premium living space is completed with a well equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast nook for those relaxed vacation mornings.
Outside, there's a sparkling, optionally heated private screened pool where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the bubbling spa pool and 'chill' as you look out onto the woodland and lake to the rear. Extended decking gives extra room for to relax on the comfortable cushioned loungers or to eat 'alfresco'. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
As if the pool were not enough fun???there's a games room in the property, complete with a 7ft pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts board and a 'Foosball' table for the whole family to enjoy when you're not at the parks and attractions or shops!
Sleeping accommodation at Waterside Villa includes a master bedroom suite with a queen-size bed, dressers, nightstands with lamps, telephone, radio/alarm, cable TV/VCR, walk-in closets, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a roman tub. The second master enjoys similar features, with a queen-size bed and adjacent family bathroom.
There are 2 further bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, night-stands, dressers, and closet space, with an adjacent shared bathroom.
